This is the help page on how to view the video(s). Please scroll down to read the instructions below the picture.
(1) The above picture is an example of what you should see
after clicking on the "Video" button from the main screen.
(2) Now click on the "Download
Video" button. At which point, a new window
will open. (As pictured below.)
(3) Now move your mouse cursor to right
above the "Download Video"
button and right-click (yes...right click on your mouse) and click on "Save
Target As" option. Now please choose a destination (location) as to where
you would like to save the video file
(Hint:
It is easier to locate the downloaded video if you save it to your desktop by
clicking the down arrow near the words "Save in"... then save the file
name as "video1" and "video2" and "video3" and so on for whatever amount of
videos there are to be downloaded - this will help you identify the downloaded
videos with greater ease.)
(4) After the video has completely downloaded (may take anywhere from 2 minutes to 25 minutes depending on your internet connection speed), you can then go to your desktop and double click on the saved file to view the video.
